CORE REACH MARKETING

Services  ·  Trade licence 89925  ·  DIEZA

Our scope is our licence.

Three activities are registered against our trade licence, and those three are everything we sell. It keeps proposals honest, and it keeps our clients clear of the compliance problems that come from buying a service a supplier is not licensed to provide.

Marketing via social media

Platform share, language mix and the hours people are actually on their phones differ sharply from one market to the next. A campaign ported across unchanged tends to underperform quietly rather than fail loudly, so we rebuild the plan around the audience you are targeting and then run it.

  • Day-to-day account management and content scheduling
  • Content and creative production, including short-form video
  • Paid social on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X and LinkedIn
  • Sourcing creators for a campaign, negotiating terms and measuring results
  • Community management and response handling
  • Monthly performance reporting against agreed KPIs

Marketing management

Most of this work is promotional campaigns for games published by our clients. We take the marketing function on from the outside: not a retainer for advice, but responsibility for the plan, the budget and the numbers it is supposed to produce.

  • Campaign calendars and audience build-up ahead of a client campaign
  • Campaign planning, execution and ongoing optimisation
  • Identifying suitable creators for a campaign and negotiating terms
  • Budget allocation, KPI design and progress tracking
  • Coordination of the client's own production and media suppliers
  • Reporting on reach, engagement and conversion after each campaign

Research & consultancies

The most useful work often happens before anything is committed. We gather evidence on the market you are aiming at and write a recommendation you can take to a board — including, when the evidence points that way, a recommendation to hold off.

  • Market sizing and competitor mapping
  • Consumer research, pricing and acceptance testing
  • Channel and distribution assessment
  • Positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • Written reporting to support a go or no-go decision
  • Follow-on advisory once a direction is chosen
How we charge

Two fee structures

Most work is quoted as a fixed-fee project. Where a client needs continuous management instead, the same scope can run as a monthly retainer. Both are agreed in writing, with the scope and the fee fixed before anything starts.

PROJECT

Fixed fee

A single quoted fee for a defined scope and deliverable, billed against agreed milestones rather than hours. This is how most of our work is priced.

From US$10,000 for a tightly scoped assignment.
Campaign projects typically around US$25,000.

MONTHLY

Retainer

A fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope, running for the term of the engagement and reviewed at each renewal. Suited to continuous social media or marketing management.

From US$2,500 per month.

Figures are a guide, not a rate card. Scope, timelines and any third-party costs are set out in the proposal before work begins.

Every project moves through the same five stages, and you know at each one what has been produced and what it cost.
